I had discussed with you that new patio door to be installed unfortunately homedepot had the door opening wrong way so now mid oct till door is installed the installer took us the doggie door will be damaged since the springs are frozen and the doggie door cannot be removed we are hoping that the doggie door will still work for us but that remains to be seen
