When will my pet door ship?

That depends on what pet door or Endura Flap accessory you ordered.

As long as your order is in full stock and not a custom order, your pet door or accessory can typically take three to five business days before being ready to ship. Custom orders will take longer to ship as they are made to order at our warehouse according to your specifications. Some of our products like the sliding glass door panels may need additional days to ship as even our standard sizes are only made to order.

If the product you purchased is out of stock or there are any shipping delays, we will let you know immediately by email and ship it out as soon as it is available again.

No matter what, we will always email you as soon as your order is ready to ship.

    Try not letting your pet use the real door to enforce that this is their door. Praise helps - don't forget to encourage and, when successful, reward them. Repeat as necessary.
