This replacement locking pet door cover fits all Endura Flap pet doors. These flap covers come in sizes small through extra-large in order to fit all Endura Flap sizes. These locking flap covers are molded in a 3-dimensional shape of ABS plastic for increased strength and pet door security. The dog door cover's strength is approximately equivalent to 16 gauge steel.

How do I un-stuck the locking cover? To unstick an Endura Flap locking cover that is stuck upside down is a team effort for two people.

I want to install my pet door under a window, but the frame of the window will prevent me from using the locking cover. You can build up the wall under the pet door so the locking cover will slide past the window frame. Another option is to trim the sides of the locking cover enough to slip the locking cover into place then slide down as shown in the photo:  |

Is the locking cover available in different colors? The locking cover is only available in tan. However, you are welcomed to paint it to match your home's interior. |

What is ABS plastic? It is a hard plastic material that is difficult to break through while still being soft enough to prevent injuries for your dog. It’s the same material used in Legos. |

Which direction does the dog door locking cover slide in from? The locking cover slides in from the top. Currently, there are no custom options to change which direction the locking cover slides in from. |

Endura Flap products have a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under standard regular use. Endura Flap® Pet Doors Are 100% Designed, Engineered, and Manufactured in the USA. They are handmade for quality work in San Luis Obispo, California.
We will replace any defective parts at no cost to you. Defective parts may include incorrectly sized flaps, bent or dented frames, or improperly fitted parts.
Customers living outside of the continental United States are responsible for shipping costs as well as duties and taxes (if applicable) for any replacement parts or services covered under the warranty policy regardless of the replacement part or service's original cost.
Important Note:
Endura Flap® pet doors have a lifetime warranty for normal wear & tear and manufacturing defects (dog-chewing is not covered).
Damage caused by not using the product as intended, improper installation, and chewing is not covered under this warranty.Endura Flap Pet Doors used in a commercial application like a Kennel or Boarding facility have a three year warranty.
